If you choose to use our images contained here-in you DO understand that you
do not gain ANY legal rights or copyrights over the images either implied or
otherwise. You DO understand that the images and ALL Copyrights belong SOLELY to
Studio For Publications Inc., (our company) ,All models are OVER the age of
eighteen (18) and we retain ALL required Photo I.D's and Documentation in our
Office of Records at 6208 Coastal Highway, Ocean City, MD. 21842 Jon-David
Custodian of Records. You DO understand that the Copyright and Image Credit MUST Remain intact
and the Images MUST Not be altered in ANYWAY, with the exception of smaller
thumbnailed duplicates may be used for archiving. In order to TRACK our images we are using DigiMarc™ To watermark the
images and we use the services of MarcSpyder™ to track there use AND alert
us if the image has been altered in ANYWAY.
You DO understand that NON Compliance with these Simple Terms irrevocably
cancels any and all rights you MAY have had to use these images and you then
would be liable for aggressive litigation on grounds of Copyright infringement.
